-Initial Visit. We like to invite all local customers for a tour of our facility. Seeing what we do is better then telling them what we do.
-Paper Work. First step is to sign a confidentiality agreement. Mandates that we cannot share the custom recipe without approval from the potential customer.
-Review of the Recipe. Need to make sure we have the ingredients the customer uses and we can blend it the way the customer wants.
-Sampling Process. Samples are made to give to the customer for approval.
-Cost and Minimums. Once we have an approved sample cost and minimums will be determined by what container or containers the customer wants to use.
-Labeling. Label specs and cost will be determined by which outlet the customer is looking to sell their custom blend. Rules and regulations are different for retail verses food service.
-Order Process. Once all of the above is complete customer can make order. Two week lead time on all orders.
